Hi, please verify the following:
On VDI desktop(VM), please verify:
1) It needs to be Windows 7 with SP1 (without service pack 1, it will not pair)
2) please confirm bit-level of the OS
3) Lync 2013 client
* confirm bit-level of Lync 2013 client (basically bit-level of Office 2013)
* make sure that you are using full version of LYnc 2013 client and not "Lync 2013 Basic client"
On host windows client machine:
1) Confirm bit-level of OS
2) I see that you are using the 32-bit Lync VDI plugin, which is correct
On your Lync 2013 client settings, what do you have populated for the "Internal Server name" and "external server name" field?
