I have ESXi 5.0.0 with 2 virtual machines. 1 of the VM's requires 3 dedicated physical nics. I know how to add virtual nics to a VM and have already done so. What I don't know how to do is assign these virtual nics that are inside the guest operating system (Server 2008r2) to the host systems physical network ports. The VM is below and shows the Vnics I added.
